Another Monday that I’m owning my bad decisions. It’s been a good morning otherwise... meal prepped for the day and mentally aligned with a new kick start. Mini goal for the week: stay away from the alcoholic beverages and prepare every meal (no fast food).
92.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
