Rather a lot of carbs yesterday. The recommended intake is about 260g. My target is 130g although I have been hitting between 70 - 90g of good carbs. Yesterday was around 190g by my rough estimate. But as with last week we were out at the Indian. But I am not going to live like a hermit and make our celebrations miserable by not joining in. I ate mainly meat and fish with salad so not a lot of rice and naan. I will catch up this week with a bit more exercise.
