Jpsmed...here's the simple recipe: Go to Kroger's and fined 1 can of Skyline chili first (no-bean). Recipe: a] can of Skyline or gold star chili (no-bean) b] 1/2 cup jimmy dean sausage crumbles c] 1/4 cup each; red, green peppers & onions;diced d] 1tsp. each; cayenne pepper & chili powder. e] 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes f] 1/4 tsp. each; oregano, sweet basil, & thyme. 1) combined all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and mix together. 2) microwave on full power for 7 minutes. 3) remove and serve.
