Is there a recipe for your teriyaki chicken, please?

I just added a couple of tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp honey and shaoshing rice wine, a grated clove of garlic and about 1cm fresh ginger grated also. Marinated 9 thighs for about 6hrs in the fridge then baked them at 180 degrees C for 45mins flipping halfway. I added 1tsp corn flour to the marinade and poured it over the thighs 10 mins before the end.

looks great, does anyone know of a alternative to soya sauce, I can't eat soya or processed salt
