I am trying a more plant based food intake. I have been doing really well except someone snuck some meat into my baked beans on saturday. I should have looked more carefully since it was a pretty big function and it's a normal filler. I ended up getting a headache shortly after. This was an eye opener that I really am working on making my body healthier and it's starting to get there.

It's been rough and I'm really craving things like chicken nuggets and sausage, but I think this path will help my body and the planet overall.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi there, I'm also doing a plant based intake. I supplement with legumes, nuts, and seeds. I feel much much better than before. If you need/want recipes look on pintrest and they have really good ideas.
