Etkfxrwife - hi! All I’m doing is low calorie and some exercise. NO ketos. No other fancy diets. Oh, and I don’t eat anything white. Ya know, no white bread, no white potatoes, no white pasta.
My daily calorie intake is 700 to 900. My body tolerates that amount of calories well and it allows me to steadily lose weigh (for now anyway). It’s not the easiest thing in the world to eat so few calories but once I got into a routine it’s become everyday life. One important thing......I have a cheat meal every now and then and when I cheat I don’t go too crazy, but that’s just me. Control issues.😉
