I think, although the one at the gym is lovely, that I need to go buy a scale...then as I can track it daily I will feel better...

Hi LeToner...So my name is Linda....I can absolutely relate to your knee issues and goals. So Not sure where you're from but I bought a scale at Bed Bath and Beyond..it measures your body fat % too. Just to give you an idea of what's out there before you buy. I wish you the best of luck and am here to offer moral support. YOU CAN DO IT!!! As far as knees, Not sure if you heard of Bikram Yoga, I'm a fan of it because It actually strengthened my knees. It's not an easy workout but the Benefits are Phenominal. Ok that's my two cents for the day =) Keep up the hard Work...Take it Day by Day!!!!
