I think that's a Bento Lunchbox, which is why there is a metal tray and bowl. One of my daughters has a Hello Kitty one. 😊

Get a pair of headphones for your cell phone than put it on your favorite radio station. Start to walk go slow at first two weeks and try to go 1 mile than increase each week. Than pick up the pace each week after that.
