Focus on eating well. Walk for a certain amount of time every day. Once you start losing weight it will get easier to exercise.

Get some hand weights. Use them while watching TV. And continue to walk, even if it's only for 10 minutes.

Check with your doctor first. If he approves, try walking . Don't push yourself pass your limits...

I’m lazy too. Eat better food and less of it. I make myself walk every day at work during my lunch time. At least I like walking and hiking. I don’t run or exercise.

It's just too hot and humid here where I live to get out and walk. I melt so once a week I leave the credit cards at home and Mall walk. I also use hand weights at home whenever watching tv. I have neuropathy in my feet so running/jogging is too dangerous even in cooler weather.

go out and cut the grass with a push mower, pick up sticks, rake leaves. mop the floors . clean the house and just keep yourself busy around the house.. try not to sit too much..

Intermittent fasting/ One meal a day. Eat whatever you want 1 time a day and fast the rest of the time. Just make sure you eat your veggies and protein when you break your fast.

I have a heart condition. So exercise can not only be challenging for me, but also dangerous. I also despise eating small portions. (I am not a bird). But, I discovered along the way that if I keep my diet around 50-75 percent plant based food (fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts), then my weight stays pretty controlled... without having to regularly count calories, starve or exercise. This has been really helpful around surgeries when I am not permitted to exercise. Protein based diets are great if you are an athlete, but really don’t work as predicted if you are not actively building muscle. Veggies are an easy way to eat more food for less calories, but, at the end of the day you should consult with a qualified medical professional to see what is best for you.

Oh my bad. I thought you wrote you can’t control what you eat. It’s okay to get tired, just walk right before bed. It might even help you get a better night sleep.

Pace yourself! Endurance takes time. Nutrition is the biggest thing and sounds like are doing well on that front
