So I decided to raise my daily intake to 1400 calories. I feel I am a bit stuck, but with only 6 more pounds to lose I don't mind losing only a 1/2 lb. a week. I am going to build up to maintenace instead of reaching goal weight and suddenly jumping from 1200 calories to 1800 per day. I guess we'll see if my theory works out.
