ini selalu minus begini... mau dipaksa makan diatas BMR ga bisa, perutnya nolak malah mual.. dari dulu sebelum gabung di fs emang ga bisa makan banyak ternyata, cemilan apa ya yg bikin BMR naik tapi ga bikin kenyang (lambung penuh)?
