I need to get back to recording my food but since I'm eating so much when I'm cycling it is kind of embarassing :). Rode another 31 miles last night - I was able to kick up my pace a bit with the group (16.2). Had a total of around 160 miles in 4 days. I'm only riding 4 days of TDK so I think I'll be alright. But I want to be able to ride the century ride on the last day without feeling completely exhausted. No riding today, I'm babysitting Noah after work - can't wait! I'm planning on riding my bike to work & back on Wed. - that would give me another 48 miles.

You are amazing CathyJo. I am thinking about doing the MS150. My husband did it last year. I love to ride but only have biked about 10 miles at the most in one day. What kind of bike do you have? I just have a mountain bike, but my husband says there is NO WAY I can bike the MS150 on that. I need a road bike like his. I just hate to spend that much money. Wonder if bike place would trade in my mountain bike (and his old one) to put toward a road bike.
