Mid week weigh ins are encouraging, but sometimes they get me into trouble with the sensation of success bringing justification to “cheat”. Not today, not this time!

You see... I have a bar scale in my basement... you know the old time doctor scale that you have to ratchet the big weight by 50 lbs and then slide the scale to get the needle to balance in the center. It’s the BEST feeling in the world to move the 50 lb weight down!!!!!! I am less than 200 lbs!!! But that was last weeks success. This morning I kept nudging, and nudging, and then sliding as the small little weight slid all the way from 198 to 195. Oh yeah. So satisfying! It’s worth it! Everyday I feel a sexier me peaking through the fatty layers. ❤️
