Started yesterday. Put a starting weight of 87kg although have not weighed myself in a long time. Very sedentary at the moment with the added problem of chronic pain plus exacerbated left knee and hands pain. Feeling ok although at night I am a bit peckish. Have not sinned. Drinking water!
