Actually, it's fine to weigh yourself whenever you want. As long as it doesn't make you feel bad and you understand that your weight can change hour to hour. Some people have unrealistic expectations. They think they should lose every day, and our bodies don't work like that. Do whatever works for you. If it bothers you to see the scale go up and down, then just weigh in once a week. Also, remember that the scale is just one way to measure weight loss (our clothes and body fat are others).
