I didn't do anything more then I had to today. I have gotten my first cold of the season. I am so tired, stuffed up one minute runny nose the next, Congested cough, and I go from freezing to roasting. I thought it best to just lay down and rest watch some tv and read.

Get a diffuser and put a lot of eucalyptus oil in it and sleep with it on! I do every fall/winter season and it keeps me from getting sick and during the summer to fall when the temperature is up and down and I may feel like something is try to attack my immune system I do that and it knocks it out quickly, get rest and load up on vitamin C!
