Soooo...Not an encouraging day..I weighed my self and I"m back to the 130's :/ But that just shows I need to be more diligent and strict on my diet and force myself to excercise. So that's what I gotta Do =) Also Bring and eat my snacks on time...:/ Well one thing is for sure I'm being dilgent about recording my food. So that's positive. My next challenge is continually to drink water and get on track on working out in the mornings. I'm more active and energetic throughout the day...just need to be in bed by 9:30/10 to make it happen =) Another day, Another Challenge, Another day Closer to My Goal. Also Make one new recipes a week. Gotta Be Different. Encourage my self to cook =)I have a list of things to buy and I'll be reorganizing my kitchen to get it done =)
