I have been eating poorly with lots of junk food these last couple of weeks. My cat that I had for over 20 yrs passed away. I am just starting to get back into eating better and exercising. I had gone up a pound - then back to where I was and then lost a pound. I like to see a steady decline in the weight, so that is why I waited so long to weigh in again.
I am off night shift, so I can eat better and work out more frequently at the fitness center.
