If it’s that hard then you are restricting too much and this isn’t maintainable. Are your calories too low? Are you making sure you have a daily treat or a small portion of a food you really like? At 1200 I was miserable. Added in a 90 calorie rice crispy treat and it got better for awhile. Now I’m anywhere from 1200 to 2000 (try to keep the average around 1500), almost to my current goal, 6ish pounds away from my ideal wt and eating foods every day that I love! Not losing fast but I’m still losing. I was working out and lifting weights to gain strength, lose some fat and also be able to eat more. I don’t seem to do well on 1200 split in 6 meals/snacks. When I say foods that I love I mean daily I have something I enjoy like a protein shake or small treat. Weekly I try to have something like a snickers, pizza or smoothie. This works for me. Perhaps it would work for you?

Try low carb diet, you don't need to eat only salads. There are low carb desserts as well 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Peeperjj, thanks for your recommend I took around 1200 to 1500 calorie in a day. I always have a good breakfast and lunch but for my dinner time I try to eat less. Because I'm not a very active person. I work from 7am to 5pm and I get back home around 6.30 so after that I don't feel like working out that's why I am not eating snacks or high calorie food for my dinner. And also I don't feel hungry it's only in my mind. I love salads, I love vegetables but I was addicted to junk food or those sweets that's why it's driving me crazy sometimes

Ninja, there are lots of online calculators you can use. If you know your BF% search for one that uses BF. Many will tell you your tdee (total daily energy expenditure) if you know your activity level. Mine seems to be high so I always pick lightly active 😉. You can also use calculators to find your resting rate. I don’t go below that if I can help it. I do my best to stay in the middle of the two (1750 tdee when I’m working out twice a week and 1290 for my rmr). Your body needs a certain amount to function properly. Also, I find that pickles are great to have on hand. 0-10 calories each for the ones I get. I can have as many of the baby dills @ 0 kcal that I want when I’m not worried about sodium. There are also foods that keep me full longer like potatoes and beef. On hungry days I’ll try to have a later dinner with these foods that way I don’t wake up hungry in the middle of the night. I’ve been there with you and it’s not fun!

Possibly look up intermittent fasting. I keep my kcals at roughly 1500. The key to it for me is drinking lots of water. And I mean lots. When I feel hungry I try to drink roughly 20 oz. of water on the spot. You'll fill your stomach up and the hunger felling will go away. It's true what they say about the hunger feeling, more often than not your body is just craving water. Here's my typical day. I drink 2 mugs of coffee at breakfast. With creamer of course lol. That's roughly 90 kcals. I have a sandwich at lunch and an apple. Sandwich is low carb bread, lunchmeat of my choice, a slice of cheese, a bit of miracle whip on both sides and some lettuce. The apple is a decent sized apple. All in all roughly 400 kcal. Between that and dinner I have a snack of roughly 100 to 200 kcal. Then I make dinner big. My main go to is a stir fry combo. They are great because you can use different meats and different marinades to get many flavors so you don't get bored with it. I don't even weigh it out. I make it for me and my daughter. I use a 13 inch skillet. Marinade the meat ahead of time. Cook up the meat. Then throw in a ton of vegetables. My combo is this: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms. I literally fill the skillet until I can barely put on the cover. Cook it up until everything gets nice and tender. Sprinkle over more of the same marinade to flavor up the vegetables a bit and serve. It literally can make about 4 to 5 cups worth of food per person. My plate is usually really full. That full meal will keep you well through the night. The biggest bit of advice I have though is don't beat yourself up if you do a bit more at any time. Just be aware of what you are doing and don't let it become a landslide. I work around food and every so often there's a bratwurst or a burger added into the mix. It happens. It made me happy. I moved forward from there.

I don't know what kind of diet you are on, but if you are craving pizza there are low carb options you can make. some use portabella mushrooms as the base, some use cauliflower as the base, some use zuchinni as the base. If you are low carb look up some keto pizza idea recipes online. variety keeps you from feeling deprived.

Cerenatay, just read your comment from earlier. I get it ;). I’m one who would rather indulge here and there and have less cravings than deal with horrid cravings all the time. I’m lucky to not have carbs throw me into cravings for other carbs though like some. 1200-1500 seems reasonable :).
