Ok, I took measurements too, every two weeks. I have lost 6.5” from all over the bubble. And, Rosio19- I think it’s you, you are right no need to cheat when you are on a diet(AKA healthy eating plan) that you like. Good luck to everyone, and I hope my success continues for many moons to come!
100.9 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 30.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
