Yes I know take away curry is best but I’m calorie counting Tesco do meals from a company called hearty the chilli and curry arn’t Hot that why I have to make them hotter there all 400g or less apart from macaroni and cheese which is bit more but I love them and there easy to keep track

That’s fair enough razor123ray if your calorie counting that’s the best way to do it the only frozen meal I like is lcelands lasagne 😁
