Day 1 of a planned 5 day Fat Bomb Week

It seems like I did not gain a pound yesterday, but I went to the 🏋🏾 gym (I did a rare 2 gym sessions in two days) AND 🏃🏾 ran 7 miles. Mid-day I was down 3lbs. Last night we had a dinner party and I had lasagna AND a meatball sandwich.
📈 So this is what a 3lbs gain looks like when I incorporate the gym and running. As with fasting, this is another 'tool' for a person like me who cannot control his eating.
This week I plan to drink a 🥛 protein shake in the morning, Eat 2 💣 fat bombs during the day, and drink a 🥛 protein shake at night.
This keeps my carbs about the same as before so the only real change is to consume less protein because I suspect my body was easily burning the 100g+ of protein I was consuming like carbs.
