昨天去中壢時經過百年神仙蛋糕店,覺得不進去太對不起自己,所以買了一個蔓越莓歐式麵包,然後吃光了!裡面有起司和蔓越莓還有奇亞籽。晚上又再度吃了一個海陸鍋,全部清空菜盤,宵夜一包可樂果和一條巧克力棒(iHerb 剛好到貨),因為麵包的刺激所以昨天大暴走,然後今天不想面對體重計了!
