Padahal udh sebulan , tiap hari makan 1800 kalori ( tapi mlm nya tetep stop makan mlm ) 🤣🖐. Meski turun nya laaaamaaaaaaaaa bngttttt . Tapi alhamdulillah bb gak naik , 👌🏻😁
57 kg Lost so far: 22 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
