1bh pisang + 4sdm oatmeal + 5btg pandan blender ambil airnya kira2 30-50ml + 1bj telur, smua belender halus. Masak di teflon dgn api kecil tanpa minyak. Utk bahan siraman 2sdm fiber creme dgn air panas secukupnya. Tinggal tuang diatas pancake. Makannya rada lembab...
