Not ideally balanced breakfast... but with my favorite sandwich and small craving (MilkyWay - 80kcal)) Guys, do you eat such small sweets?

Looks delicious! I don't crave sweets that much so i can usually get away with something small, but i would struggle not to eat two of your sandwiches!

Dark Chocolate is actually good for you. It contains less sugar than Milk Chocolate, so you can eat more of it without feeling guilty! (yum!!!!)

I go to protein bars if I need a sweet fix. salmon and avo are a match made in heaven 👌

Kieth george cooke, I like protein or atkins bars as well, but.... it’s not the same as chocolate)) so as I right understand, if I wanna loose weight I have to stop eating treats even if it fits my calories?

I eat sweets all the time haha, nothing wrong with indulging a little

Chris, Keith, I know, that better eating without sweets... and I try to eat instead of chocolate-caramel bars some protein bar or nuts. But sometimes I need it just for pleasure and relaxing)) usually I eat it for breakfast. And I think that if I ban all sweets it will lead to the next failure with a ton of sweets and junk food.

It's so hard to cut it all out. Social pressure was the hardest part. People look at you weird when you don't eat a piece of cake at a party for example. I had goals and I wouldn't reach them eating a piece of cake, I had to keep reminding myself that

Keith, not only social pressure. When I can’t eat something I feel myself like defective. I can’t do something that another people can. And I start compassion myself. And it’s awful feeling.

Then my friend, you need a calorie controlled treat ASAP. Your a good person there's no need for you to feel bad but I understand. What you need are some good old Aussie Tim Tam's
