248d 8点 t28🔽⬇️ / 又來到 每個月 都會出現一次的 体重⬆️ 体脂卻⬇️1% / 所以特地來紀錄一下,看是否又只是短暫的反應⋯ / 紀錄了大半年,我似乎已經知道原因⋯ / 話說上週亂吃3天,体重⬆️了超過0.5kg之後,都卡一週了,还是沒有⬇️过,怎辦 😅😅🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😭😭🐷🐷/ 昨天夢見偷吃掉同事整條的生乳捲,好滿足喔,然後自己覺得很不好意思,除了賠錢給他,还去買了好幾條各式口味(竟有我愛吃的紫薯口味)請同事們吃 😂😂🤣🤣
