Happy Easter! Have had a busy day. Started with sunrise service and breakfast (not TOO bad...but more than I usually eat). Then, back home to cook for my crew. Cooked a turkey (knew ham would be a mistake), dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli/cauliflower, deviled eggs, rolls. I didn't eat THAT much but did have a little of everything. Oh, and a small piece of cake. The scale will tell the truth at my weigh-in on Tuesday.
It was a beautiful, sunny day but cold! As I've said before, I am SO ready for warmer weather and Spring!
