Puasa 20 jam...buka jam 12 siang tepat, dijamin kenyang makan ini dan gak bakal ngemil keripik, biskuit, kue2, dll...Roti gandum dgn isian timun, tomat, tempe orek, ayam cincang, telur dadar...Rasanya ngalahin burger McD buat yg diet dan makan sehat....he2
