This week I was able to get my food prepping done. Also I’ve been trying to take five minute short little walks around my office at work, when time permits of course. I mean nothing fast just a regular pace. Never thought I would say I miss my treadmill lol. Not sure if I’m really supposed to be doing it but I need some form of physical activity LOL. And I’ve been told December I will be moved to my new job assignment. I already know what it will be and I’m pretty sure it will throw my diet off at least for a few days...
