susieq1941's Journal, 24 Mar 08

I had a successful day today, regarding eating and moving around; but I have a little case of the Monday blues-I have no reason really, today was a bowling day and I love that activity, although I am not quite good yet. I bowl with other seniors, but I am one of the younger ones, so I keep telling them, I will improve when I grow up like they are-So many of these guys are in their 80's and more!!!!!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE! They set a wonderful example (and now I do too) for the younger people. Anyway, to keep positive, I will pat myself on the back for 2 good days after a "falling" from grace period with food and such!!!! Happy night to all.....

your bowling will improve with time. It's like losing weight, you just have to stick with it and keep trying and it will happen for you! You've had 2 good days now, and you just keep building on it! you can do it.

Hang in there Susie!! Some days are harder than others. With my weight loss this time around I am working through a lot of emotional connections with food. Which is great on one hand and challenging on the other. Great job getting back on track! Keep movig forward!!!
