So Today I REALLY needed some coffee..so I made a sacrifice to try the Skinny Cinammon Dolce Latte..half the calories of the regular drink and larger size =) ( I usually get the Tall..today ordered a Grande) So I feel better, but my energy level is really LOW. I'm gonna try to aim for better ratio's on my food intake. My main focus was minimizing my calorie intake, now I'm focusing on my rations...baby steps =) Also getting my full 8 hours of sleep.
Plan on More P90x workouts too =)
