Been MIA. Struggling with some injuries. Had to get a second job which I am in the training process. Also going through physical therapy. L4-L( (lower back near gluteus) I guess technically this means I have arthritis in my lower back now too! Fun!
Felling better today and headed to the gym and meal prep this afternoon
