Weight, macros, calories are all holding steady. I have been experiencing some boredom with my food. Also, night eating has been very tempting. All to say, I need to find out what to do to satisfy. One thing I'm doing is going to bed earlier. I do know that if I were to go CICO I'd begin gaining weight again. That ain't happening!

Have you tried browning hamburger in butter with a little onion and garlic, then adding shredded cabbage, maybe a little carrot, celery for color and soy sauce for taste. Taste like an egg roll without the wrap. Also I'm going to try some chicken crack. Sounds tasty. Glad to hear you are doing well.

I made a delicious cauliflower soup with heavy cream, Alfredo sauce, celery, onions, and a small carrot. Thinned with water. Also butter. Added meat would be great too.

I sometimes do a thai soup with coconut milk
Or a sort of mock potato salad with avocado and heart of palm and some red onions (dressing of olive oil, white wine vinegar and dijon mustard, You can add some sweetener to this dressing if you like)
