Well after the two days of being really sore - my arms feel better I think they are finally getting more defined again...and workout today on my shoulders and triceps then did 3 miles on the bike (woohoo my knees did it they will be rehabed one day i swear)...I feel great...and trying to cut down my portion size. Vacationing Thursday thru Monday but checked to see what it takes to hit the gym where I'm going so I can still get at least a yoga class and some cardio in.
