I haven't really been doing so good lately. I am going to try and start over tomorrow. I haven't been feeling so well this past month, but luckily the doctor gave me a prescription to help me with my chest. Who woulld have thought that severe heartburn would lead to chest pains??? Not me! Anyways, I am going to get back on track! I don't think that I am going to hit my goal weight by my anniversary like I wanted to do, but I have lost some so that is all that matters...baby steps. It took 9 months to put on this weight and it is going to take even longer to get it off!!
