Little by little it's starting to become habit. The thing I've noticed most is how I don't have to have seconds or something to eat everytime I sit down to watch tv or read. Not half as hungry as I always thought I was!:)

Yeah that's a tough one, munching in front of the TV, it's so comforting. So I just don't want TV much anymore now. I check the weather online quickly and that's it. Plus, since I've started doing my workouts at night once the kids are in bed, til I get a shower too, I don't really have time for TV. Although I think my TIVO misses me. :)
