Still not spending allot of time logging food or recording weights. Weight unchanged at around 235 but the fit of my shirts indicates I have added some muscle in the back and shoulders. Still doing moderate heavy weights and plan to keep it up till I hit 70 then I might back off slightly. It is still fun to do high pulls with 225.
I want to hit 225 but am not in a big hurry right now. Maybe 5 pounds by Christmas and the other five by the end of February. I notice allot of new names in FS since I have been away.
