Sleep is starting to actually get better now. Trying to shake a darn cough that seems to manifest itself the most when I am trying to sleep. I actually got 5 hours of straight sleep last night, until the darn cats woke me up and demanded to be fed at 7:30 in the morning! Yeesh!

Lol, our dog is the same way with waking us up to be fed so I can relate! Good to hear your sleep has improved. A cough will definitely disrupt things. You could try taking a cough suppressant right before bed to help with that (not an expectorant).

I know that feeling - our two burmese cats are very demanding and very loud!! That's good that the sleep is getting a little better though - hopefully, all the exercise will help. :)

I take a cough suppressant as well as put some vick's vaporub on my feet, and then put socks on. That usually does the trick but sometimes I have to get up and take more couch medicine.
