My average daily weight for last week was 163.44 which is down 2.36 from last week and the lowest average daily weight I have recorded since beginning this weigh in every day and average thing in September. This is good news. More good news was that I reached a new low last week and for a brief and glorious day I had a GREEN line. Here's the thing, I am not doing anything too different as far as eating. It may seem like a higher protein week but the extra protein was due to the extra calories which was due to the extra activity on Friday. I am just handling my schedule more responsibly and making sure to drink tons of water. I was always more comfortable eating at night than during the day but eating late and weighing in the morning was reflecting a lot of fluctuations. Eating earlier in the day makes more sense for daily weigh-ins and the yoga and zumba classes I take at night.
Today's weigh-in is a bummer but not a surprise. I am sore and slept 11 hours! I think my body is in repair mode because I am drinking water like it's Dr. Pepper. This week I am going to alternate my calories a bit and see where it takes me. I am on the hunt for a permanent green line. I've been wearing yellow long enough. Have a great week everyone.

the downward trend is great and yes I would not worry about the temporary gain either and the water flush will do you good!

Thanks Baskington. After reading your journal and your mention of dairy, I also remembered that I had cream cheese yesterday. Unripened cheese why must you be so tasty and cause me to bloat!
