well I'm feeling sorry for myself today. Had my second meeting with my therapist. Starting seeing on so I can get control of this damn anxiety. All it did today was cause me to feel down. ☹ Table is still messed up, she did buy the stuff to fix it, but it's been to cold and wet to take it outside to strip it. Hubby is depressed and has stopped looking for a job. Christmas is right around the corner, and I'm not ready. My sister is still on my couch. And all my years of beating all my demons down and under submission, has been undone with one, one hour session with a therapist. These big girl panties feel so tight I can't breathe at times. Well thx for listening. I don't want no pity just encouragement please. It's hard for me to admit to feeling down. To many people rely on me. So I need an emotional uplift! Quick!

I don't know what to say except: I'm thinking about you and praying for improvement. Family has access to more buttons to push and strings to pull than anybody. But I have faith in you; be sure to take care of yourself through all of this.
