Egg whites are full of protein, have no sugar, are low calorie and are relatively cheap.

Just a comparison:
Nutramino smoothie =15g sugar
Can of coke = 40g
Low fat Yogurt = 12g
Its not just sugars, it's how your body uses the foods for energy
