They are great if you need to squeeze a little extra protein in, if your looking in your fridge and are struggling …. now and again

Egg whites are full of protein, have no sugar, are low calorie and are relatively cheap.

Just a comparison: Nutramino smoothie =15g sugar Can of coke = 40g Low fat Yogurt = 12g Its not just sugars, it's how your body uses the foods for energy Question - Whats your goal ! Now look at the whole story not just one paragraph
