The egg yolks have the most nutrients and important for the eyesight! Enjoy the whole egg :)

Paulw-was using liquid egg whites but found it cheaper and easier (and messy’er) to buy as I go/need

Yeah I know what you mean can be pricey and some of the cheaper ones I tried in past went a bIt lumpy! The Myprotain one wasn’t too bad I used to blend mine with a bit of vanilla low calorie ice cream but it’s still extra calories so I can see why pure egg whites makes sense

The liquid one was great tbh, just that to make it economical you had to buy a decent quantity then once opened ….. It was also pasteurised better or worse I don't know! I found myself not portioning it out so I'd go through it very quickly = more cost, this way a pack of 15 eggs is abt £1.15, actually I just did some working out and you can get liquid egg whites down to abt .9p an egg, maybe I'll buy a couple for spares egg white and whey isolate I normally get from Bulk Powders

When your wanting lean muscle mass it can start to work out expensive with whey protein powders, bars etc... so if you can find alternatives it’s better like egg whites also it’s all natural without any additives which you can find in some cheaper powders, I’m all for it stick with it 👍

Love all natural protein. I’m not trying to bulk up just increase muscle after losing and get good tone and definition. Also trying to get fitter

Everyone here on this site has their own goals and ways of doing it so stick with it if it’s working for ya!

We are all different and have bodies that react differently. Age and past medical history /medication etc. It works for me to eat the whole egg as the yolk fat keeps me less hungry. Actually, no hunger at all for hours with with 3-4 eggs scrambled or as a loose omelette. Occasionally indulging in a teaspoon of white Alba truffle butter with them :)
