I've taken the next step in my quest for health - I met with a personal trainer tonight for an assessment. Next appointment is Thursday.

I used to have a trainer 12 years ago so I know the benefits. Besides, I know enough about gym equipment to know I shouldn't play with it without proper instruction. 😁
