Friday my blood sugar was 127..Highest it has been in months. Having trouble getting macros in right percentages and at 1700 calories. Any suggestions?

I cannot advice you about the blood sugar. it looks like you had some sweetener there maybe you react to it. Many people do As for macros. They are not very helpful. the most important thing is your carb. Keep it low. And then watch your protein. It may be a little high but it will even out so I would not worry about it
