Hello Friday! :)

I walked for over an hour last night! The thunder started as I was walking up my driveway so it was perfect timing. :) Things I noticed on my walk: 1. The time goes so much faster when you have someone to distract you. 2. I am nowhere near as in shape as I was when I was going to the gym everyday and it's a little scary how fast you can get OUT of shape. and 3. I got 4 activity points for my walk. WOO!


I don't know what my plans are for this weekend yet but I am very determined to stick with my points. I think having my weigh in in the middle of the week will help keep me on track for the weekends. Before, my weigh in day was saturday and so that night was kind of like a free for all as far as food goes. Let's hope things method helps!

I think that's all I have to say today...have a great memorial day weekend, everyone!
