seminggu stress +kurang tidur+pms
jadilah surplus seminggu
tapi bersyukur juga si skrg surplus perut ga mekar bgt dlu mah sehari ga ikutin jadwal makan+olga udh langsung mantep buncitnya besoknya
apa dlu yg berkurang massa air ya makannya jdi gtu?
harus kmbali ke jalan benar
stress pergilah
