setelah gabung di fs sebulan, aku trmasuk sesat. makan selalu di bawah BMR dan timbangan cuma turun 0.5 kg / bulan. sekarang udah lurus jalannya, makan selalu surplus bmr karena bareng olahraga juga, akibatnya sebulan turun +1 kg dan otot nambah 😄
