I have been stuck at at around 130.9 kg for a good few weeks and been doing Intermittent fasting for 3 weeks, not seeing any weight loss on IF but noticed a change in size getting of me getting smaller, but this week at the end of week 3, I dropped 2.5 kgs, so IF does definatly works, still counting my calories as well to aid weight loss as IF is not technically a diet as such, but more to burn fat hence change in size and not weight loss, going to keep this going because it suits my lifestyle.
