I have been stuck at at around 130.9 kg for a good few weeks and been doing Intermittent fasting for 3 weeks, not seeing any weight loss on IF but noticed a change in size getting of me getting smaller, but this week at the end of week 3, I dropped 2.5 kgs, so IF does definatly works, still counting my calories as well to aid weight loss as IF is not technically a diet as such, but more to burn fat hence change in size and not weight loss, going to keep this going because it suits my lifestyle.

WOW result, Iv'e just sorted out a pair of my older jeans for a trip I have got to make to London tomorrow, and, I have lost a whopping 4" of my waist, this is a big win for me at the moment and giving me the boost I need to carry on.
