I’ve been feeling good the last two weeks so today, I walked the treadmill for a mile at 2mph lol baby steps..I was walking 4miles@3.6 mph before my surgery...it’s going to take sometime to get back to that. But maybe a mile a day at a slow speed to start building myself back up! Doctor hasn’t cleared me yet though lol but I feel like a giant sack of potato’s sitting around for 3 months 😒🙄
